OTR brake chambers are manufactured at an engineering‑based facility that have been manufacturing all their metal stamped components for heavy‑duty spring brakes in‑house for over 35 years.

• All fasteners adhere to SAE tensile strength standards • Non‑pressure housing Epoxy coating of 10 ga. housing prevents long‑term corrosion/rust that powder coatings allow • Reinforced mounting studs provide rigidity and prevent damage • Dust shield keeps out foreign contaminants like dirt, sand, moisture, and prevents corrosion

• The zinc‑coated clamp bands have matched stamping for maximum seal/life. The alloy steel maintains consistent long‑life pressure • The thick steel of the push rod‑plate exceeds OE standards, while the rolled edge guarantees optimal diaphragm contact. It is CNC welded for superior strength. • The heavy‑duty phosphate‑coated wire of the return springs have a no‑clash design and is tested to 1,000,000 cycles • The nylon‑enforced diaphragm has a ‑65 °F arctic quality • The die cast 360 spec aluminum center adapter has a plated push rod and precision ground microfinish for exceptional sealing function • The integrally machined grooves of the center seal provide advanced double O‑ring sealing for long life • Up to 4-year warranty
