HOW TURBOCHARGERS WORK Reman Turbos • Every unit is completely disassembled and all components inspected for quality assurance, which ensures that the problematic areas are identified and corrected • Balancing performed at both the component and core assembly levels, which ensures long-lasting durability of all turbocharger units • Compressor and turbine wheels are rigorously tested to ensure the housings are robust enough to contain any projectiles produced, and that the turbocharger is free from potentially catastrophic safety concerns
• All wearable components are replaced with 100% new OE quality equivalents, which ensures reliability throughout the service life of the turbocharger • Bolt driver technology ensures the correct number of fasteners are installed at the proper torque • Bearing housing piston ring bore is gaged to ensure the bore dimension is within specification to prevent oil leaks, which lead to oil residue build-up inside the turbocharger • 3-year unlimited mileage parts warranty
