• Unique clearance sensing design adjusts on the apply stroke, accurately reading the shoe-to-drum clearance when the brake drums are coolest and deflection of the brake system components are minimal • Utilizes a 90-tooth Cone Clutch that provides fine incremental adjustments to ensure proper shoe-to-drum clearance • Belleville springs provide a clutch preload that does not fade over time • Drilled worm gear provides lubrication to help prevent seizure of the S-Cam splines under extreme conditions • Worm Gear Buttress Teeth Design Set provides greater loading capability, fatigue life, enhanced durability, and higher S-Cam torque © 2013 Accuride Corporation
