ENGINE CYLINDER HEADS
• Our cylinder head supplier is ISO 9001-2009 compliant/TS 16949 quality system • All cylinder heads go through a rigorous 10-phase inspection and manufacturing process • Each phase is documented and signed off on by trained quality assurance technicians
• During the 3-angle valve seat machining process, each head is vacuum tested with the valved installed to assure perfect valve seat sealing • After final assembly each head is again inspected for clean threaded bolt holes, surface finished and final inspection sign off • Purchase Orders received by 2:00pm Pacific Time will ship same day • Complete stock of Heavy Duty Cylinder Heads ready to ship • CNG and other engine applications available upon request
• All guides are replaced with NEW GUIDES • All springs are replaced with NEW SPRINGS
• All cam bearings are replaced with NEW CAM BEARINGS • All threaded holes are re-threaded to ensure ease of installation
