BALANCING AND TESTING IS DONE TO THE INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS, THEN AGAIN AS AN ASSEMBLED UNIT.

ASSEMBLY BALANCING After balancing at the component level, the turbocharger is assembled and balanced again.

ASSEMBLY TESTING The assembled turbocharger is balanced UP TO 250,000 RPMS to simulate engine oil pressure and operational RPM. The assembled unit is given a pass/fail rating.
