TURBOCHARGERS ARE BALANCED AND RIGOROUSLY TESTED IN FOUR PHASES.

COMPONENT BALANCING Component balancing of compressor and turbine wheels prior to assembly.

COMPONENTS TESTING Components within each turbocharger are RIGOROUSLY BALANCED prior to assembly to ensure that the compressor and turbine wheels are within tolerance. All components MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE, represented by the green bar, in order to move on to assembly.
